Job Description:


Digital Caramel is looking for a responsible Sales Manager who can facilitate new customer acquisition and increase company revenue while maintaining competitiveness and innovation in the LATAM region.

Main Responsibilities: 


Acquiring New Customers

Identify and attract potential clients.


Client Relationship Management

Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients.


Effective Communication

Maintain regular client communication.


Sales Execution

Achieve sales targets.

Provide tailored solutions.


Reporting and Analysis

Deliver progress reports to clients.

Adapt strategies based on market trends.


Continuous Improvement

Seek new sales opportunities.

Innovate for better performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Higher education: Relevant degree or educational background.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish; Basic proficiency in English
  • Prior sales experience is advantageous
  • Articulate and clear communication skills
  • Proficiency in business correspondence
  • Familiarity with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail
  • Punctuality and effective time management
  • Problem-solving abilities.
