Pibox - is a cloud-based messenger for files of any type and size. It is WhatsApp for file-sharing. Pibox make it possible to send large files as easy as messages with no need to copy/paste numerous links or giving accesses. Also you can have a live chat inside and manage your files in the cloud. It is cross-platform and send uncompressed and larger files then Telegram, much more easier then Dropbox. From person to person, just raw files.
